No wonder our first stop there is in Affoltern, where cheese has been made since the 13th century. There we will have lunch and take a tour of the factory, discovering some interesting information about the production process and the quality of the Emmentaler.
After the factory tour and our lunch, we continue towards the Hotel Moosegg, our destination for the second day. The path holds many surprises, beautiful hills and forests and numerous breath-taking views. Prepare the camera, it will be difficult to not take hundreds of pictures.
Arriving at the hotel, we will enjoy a surprise….. a delicious Swiss wine tasting, before we go for dinner. Then, get a good nights sleep and some rest, day number three will be challenging but amazing.
